How do I make the Homepage and Post page block bigger because my 728×90 ads are going outside of the box and How do I make the thumbnails all the same size so they are more uniform?

Thank you for the fast response. So I can put the script anywhere in the header and it will work or do I have to put it in between the <div> tags? Also can I use get_header() to tell the Page.php and Single.php which header to use? if so, I want to create a duplicate header for each one of the headers and name them header-style-1.0 what part do I put in between the () to make the header work, the style-1.0 or just 1.0?
