So, I have two options 1) to “rebuild” cloud template from the scratch, 2) return money and to use another solution?

Hi, went through all the recommendations, but “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” is still there.

Also, for some reason I don’t have manual activation link at the bottom as it shows on screenshot. Could you please provide the link for me to use?
