Hi Simion,
Indeed our ‘editor’ have limited access, they can’t publish, they are in fact ‘contributers’. So I understand why they don’t see the post settings.
But before, in Newspaper 6.3.2, it was different, because then they were able to use the post settings, although they had also the ‘contributor’ role. So something has changed in this, and that was my point.
In the situation of my client the only solution is to give them full editor rights, but that includes the part that they can publish, which we don’t want.
Anyway, thanks for the explanation.

Thank you for you answer Simion.
I have to admit that we haven’t done a theme update since setting up the website, our earlier version was 6.3.2.:-) But in that version it was definitely possible for our editors with limited access to use the Post settings. My client is a mayor newspaper on our island and they have editors that can only create and edit their own posts. And then there is the head-editors that can publish. Now the editors can’t make subtitles anymore and also they can’t choose the post template.
