The website design got crashed 2 times in 1 month.

All the designs are gone.

This time we are very careful; we only create some new pages and input data into Directorist plugin.

Anyone could tell me what cause of this crash? so we could avoid it in the future

Cloud template is missing in my dashboard

For example: In WordPress dashboard – the main menu categories remain the same as my old site (Home, Investment, Business Solution, Stories, Directory)
But on the newly installed newspaper template, it displays the main menu categories (News, Fashion, Gadgets, Lifestyle, Video) that don’t match with the one set in the dashboard

I have spent 2 days and still cannot fix it

So I decided to uninstall the template and reinstall the new one

After I install the new template, the website layout and menu options look exactly like the template itself

Then I went to WordPress Dashboard, all settings remain the same as my old site.

Now, my question is, how do I match the new template to my old site?

tagdiv Composer and tagdiv Cloud Library plugins are both installed, how can I provide the screenshot?
