Just to share my way:
I tried some Ads management plugins and I’m using AdRotate.
(Since I just want some basic ads on the website and I didn’t go for Pro version.)

I setup and fixed 2 Ad Groups, one for Header banner and one for Sidebar banner.
I copy the Adcodes and setup the Header Ads and Sidebar Ads in Newsmag Theme panel.

Then I set the permissions in AdRotate not to allow Editor to manage/delete/add the Ad Groups, so the Editor can only add, delete or change adverts to the 2 Ad Groups.
Well, My problem is settled.

I also found that, the AdRotate already preset to show ads on the website, if you on the Main page add a Ad Block to your fixed front page panel, it will double show the ads on the website.

flynewsgr, I think you just have to try other simple ways like direct insert the Ads images (with hyperlink) in the article… or other ways like adding a Ad Block to your website main page? Just keep trying.

But it is still not so user friendly and I noticed that the website Editor could not manage/upload the Ads. Only webmaster/admin allowed to manage ads is not practical because some time there is only the Editor manage and updates the whole website alone.

Do you think I can install other third party Ads management plugin for custom ads managements?
