If this is exactly what I want to do, the problem is that some empty h1 already appear in the design and I don’t know how to remove them.

I think you are not understanding me, I know that they have a lot of work to answer all the questions of the users but if you took a second to see the image that I attached in my first post you can see that with a google crhome extension to verify the SEO One website, Several Empty H1s appear, if I activate the H1 as in the image you send me, another would be added, what I want is to remove all the H1 and simply leave one alone, I hope you take the time to read calmly and respond I would really appreciate it.
