Re 1)

I’ve looked at the system requirements, and gone to my hosting provider. I’m running PHP 7.2 and I have 128M WP Memory – although I am still getting this message in the system status saying I only have 40M – why could that be? And is this perhaps the issue. They’ve doubled checked and I do have the 128M limit.

Thanks for coming back to me. Unfortunately I still need assistance.

1) Please review the button in the header here: https://wnihp.com.au/.

2) Are you adding the margin after the header or on the pages/post templates? I think it’s completely unreasonable that I should have to add margin on all page or post templates. And I don’t seem to be able to add it to the header without just making the header deeper. Can you please review the same site as above and advise.

If you require screen shots and diagrams, please advise where to send them.

Please – this site is live and I need to resolve this in your current shift.

Hi Calin,

Thanks very much for the answer to 1). I had missed that part.
However re 2) I do have it set to Global Header so this wasn’t helpful.

I think maybe you misunderstand the problem. The problem is that every single page and post needs 160px added to the top because the content is sitting under the new header. This didn’t happen with the default header, but when I’ve used one of your templates that’s what happened.

I can send you a screen shot, or can you advise how to attach?

3) Why is the background of my button in the header white? I have it set to navy, but the part around the circular radius is showing white. Thanks

Actually, it’s not recognising the 2/3+1/3 column format – either with a widgetised sidebar or any other content I put in there manually. I’ve installed the main demo and it;s not working here either. Thanks!
