We figured it out.

There is a “Translation” setting in the Theme Panel settings, which isn’t connected to the WP site language setting.

So despite the WP language setting being set to English, the theme was still using Arabic as the default.

We had to select English in the Translation setting, and then the site switched to English.

I have this same issue.

Based on your information above, you said that the site language is controlled by WP, which isn’t accurate becuase it is already set to English and site language still hasn’t changed.

How do change the language in the theme to English?
