I feel like i’m insane. I’m using newspaper – the “News Cafe” theme. I’m trying to replace the Header photo and can’t find where to edit it? Also same for the footer. Where??? I’m a smart girl. Why can’t I find it. I’ve been searching and reading everything on here. It seems so basic. Can you help me?
