I buy your theme Newsmag and now I can’t install “tagDiv counter”.
First I install it on a temaporary account and now when I re-install de theme on the proper account it’s impossible to install it. I try to send you a message to “contact@tagdiv.com” but the mail failed.
Please what can I do?

By other way, the first time I installed it, never work properly.

I have the same problem. I have +5700 but the social counter for facebook is 0
I have the 2.3.3 version of newsmag theme and then plugin installed has the new app key settings
