I checked header.php and I saw that it uses so many php and I don’t need as it goes to last file which contains html so I need to copy and paste that html to header.php to reduce load so can you please tell me that how to replace as much as php to html without changing its look I am using default demo of newspaper theme

Hii catalin I don’t want to make header sticky I want to use html and remove php to make website fast so I want to know where are file that I have to copy and paste in header.php and footer.php
