Hi,
and one problem has started, the theme is reseting some theme options after demo change. Although yesterday it was working fine. It’s like only post settings (show author box, show social buttons and post template), also font on just one post is reseting to something chosen in the morning.
Slider settings and everything else seems to change as we want and stay that way, but some options are messing about. Do you have any ideas?
Hi again,
we needed to switch the theme demo from news magazine one and now this code is not working for main menu borders:
.td-header-style-6 .td-header-menu-wrap-full{
border-bottom: 5px solid red;
}
.td-header-style-6 .td-header-top-menu-full {
border-bottom: 1px solid red;
border-top: 3px solid red;
}
.td-header-style-6 .sf-menu > li > a {
line-height: 75px;
}
how can we make it work with the second Travel Blog demo?
Hi in addition we don’t use the jetback and we have ajax counter activated. All time popular posts is working, but last 7 days popular is not although I activated this also from the theme panel. Articles are just not showing up on the widget bar when using popular last 7 days.
With that in mind, we’d like to have this trending section with even shorter timescale than 7 days, how can we do this?
Maiko
I use the Font 4 awesome plugin and I can get the menu icon replaced with the bar, by creating a # custom link with a css code for the bars in the link name box. And after this I added all the pages and categories as sub menu items to that.
Although I have still have the regular dropdown menu arrow (your theme has) next to the hamburger. Can I remove it with custom css code just, as I don’t feel comfortable adjusting the theme code in the back end.
I’m just a novice wordpress user, who is learning the trade until we have enough funds to hire a proper developer for our new cause.
The site is here.
1) Hi you’ve been a good help, but I can’t get the main menu exactly like I would like it to be.
At the moment our header is like this:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8IDvIlInXlKM3llLUVUaUNEZDA
But Avada has exactly the hamburger icon and layout that we’d like to have on our page main menu bar. We want to retain the overall look we have now, but have a dropdown menu with topics and additional pages.

Can you give me a way to make this happen?
2) And I’d like to know, how to edit this menu, it’s items and/or to remove it completely?

Hello again,
1) No I mean I installed the newsmagazine demo content and started editing it. On my homepage page edit section, on the right side I have two options (Pagebuilder+Page title), or (Pagebuilder, Latest posts and pagination)
I want to have the second option and edit the Latest posts visual appearance, or remove it totally, so I could edit all the homepage content area with your page builder.
2) I don’t want to use footer widgets, I meant, that I want to have two sidebar designs, so I can have different sidebars for different sections, but on my widgets page I have options (deafult, footer 1…footer3) So how can I have this option? Can I create an additional widget area, or what can I do?
3) Yes I see that, but I want to disable the date on my main page article feed blocks aswell. On my main page I see the date under every headline and feature image, but this option removes the date only when I open the post.
4) When I scroll down on my page, I get this more stories popup from the right, how can I edit, or disable it?
Thanks in advance

Thank you so much, I’ll start to test these ideas and one more thing…
In addition, I´d like to change the link underline style/color and hover color, so it would be a site wide option for my content, whenever I add a link into a text. Solutions I have found in the internet, they are a side wide option. Every headline and topic and so on, has the same style, but I want to have only post hyperlinks customized, with custom thickness underline, with a custom color and leave the text black, while on hover it turns into a brand color. And in order to optimize the user experience I’d like these links to open in a new tab while the focus stays at my content.
Thanks for the great support so far.

Hi,
1. thanks for the reply, so I can add these lines from the style 1 menu under and on top of the style 6 menu with this code, or what modifications you refer to to display it properly?
2. No I want to have only the black main menu bar with borders on top and under it. On the menu I want to have a Menu icon (like you have on smartphone view, on many sites. The one with the three stripes), this would reveal the dropdown menu for the categories and other pages.
3. Next to the main menu icon I´d like to have social icons. From your social section I can add them to the footer and top bar, but I don´t want to use the top bar, I want a clean look and only the main menu bar with the social icons there alongside the main menu bar.
Thanks
Maiko
