Yes deleting and re-installing worked for me as well, thank you everyone.. 🙂

If anyone elese has this problem…

I had to update the config file limit to this..
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

And change the php version on my host to php 7.4
