Thank you. But I’ve found another issue. When users click on the activation email and get to the password creation screen, the page freezes and the process doesn’t proceed. I’m only experiencing this on the mobile theme.Should I open a separate topic for this issue?

Yes, you’re right, it worked after disabling the modSecurity module.
