Getting lot of errors in Newsmag theme, unable to use it anymore - reply

These Error messages appear in the Header section of my website.

Numerous Errors while using Newsmag - reply

I uuninstalled the theme from PHP, then reinstalled it from the scratch and now getting following error post installation of the theme.
