Downloading the theme from envatomarket not working - reply

Hi,
I tried again this morning, and it’s still doesn’t work at all… Is it possible, maybe, to send the file to me by email ?
I really don’t understand why it doesn’t work. All my other downloads work great.
Hope we’ll find a solution today,
