Hello Mauricio, I figured out after lots of trying things that it’s a combination of settings between the Theme Panel inside WP and the CSS settings inside TD Composer… It’s a bit confusing and I think the Tag Div team should make these things clearer and let us know which is more important… look at the background settings in Theme Panel… hope this helps
Great! Thanks for the answer…
this solution works but I can’t seem to be able to add JS, can I?
I wanted to be able to add this:
<script>
function resizeIframe(obj) {
obj.style.height = obj.contentWindow.document.documentElement.scrollHeight + 'px';
}
</script>
so that the iFrame resizes in height automatically based on the content I am including. Is this possible?
thank you, I think the issue was caching
You are saying I should use <iframe>? But where in TD composer can I add an iFrame???
I was able to fix it by changing the colors inside the TD Composer, however I must say it is highly misleading to have a section about theme colors in the Theme Panel and not being told that those colors are completely ignored and that they should be modified in the TD Composer… if that is the case you should remove the option from the Theme Panel or make it only visible if the TD Composer is not being used
I understand what you are saying but I have NO blue ANYWHERE…
here’s my general theme colors: https://paste.pics/91UMU
I was…
Actually it turns out I had uploaded a retina file that was smaller than the regular non-retina file so it was loading that and stretching it. Still doesn’t explain why it was stretching the logo area vertically like in the screenshot but uploading a 144dpi retina file and a 72dpi non-retina fixed it
I know that that is the general theme color from the theme panel but if you had looked at the second screenshot I attached you would have seen that there is NO blue anywhere in my general theme colors in the theme panel. That is why I sent the screenshot
actually I take it back… the problem is still happening… here’s a screen recording of the error:

I have fixed this problem by deleting all the other themes… not sure why an inactive theme would create this problem but that message has since disappeared
ALL plugins are deactivated (except for Maintenance Mode -which I need while I get this resolved-, Health Check -which is mandatory and the 4 tagDiv plugins)
I am not sure what I child theme is so I doubt I am using it and I have no cache plugin.
In the tagDiv status page all boxes are green except Home URL – Site URL and caching plugin which are yellow.
All plugins are deactivated (except for Maintenence Mode and Health Check)
