I have the same problem with any id I try.

I also stopped the instagram feature because from time to time site loads took 10 to 50 sec.
We were stunned. Were thinking of even changing the theme.
But after I tried some analysis, I finally figured it out with the help of DebugBar.

I figured it out.

It was the uploads and enclosed folder permissions. They need to be 777 in order for the Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to delete and create the new ones.

It all works now.

I have the exact same problem.

My thumbs are all active and I did a regeneration with the “Thumbnail Regenerate” plugin but the theme keeps using the original images instead of the proper sized thumbnails for each block.

I am looking in the uploads folder now and I can’t see the needed sizes. It’s like it hasn’t generated them at all.

Can you give us a clue where the problem might be?

P.S. Also the thumbs from my old theme are still there. I want to delete those. Is there a way ?
