I found the option “Allow empty”, but I would like to translate the item “- Select -”. I will immediately hint that the Loco Translate plugin does not find such an item.

The solution you proposed is for post forms and the ACF form cannot be plugged into that.

Hello.

Unfortunately, but the button is not working properly because the messages are not coming to the email. I did a test with the WP Mail Logging plugin and got the feedback “Invalid address: (From): Array”. When can I expect a solution to the problem?
