ok, now I know this isn’t themes problem because I’ve deleted public_html and database and the problem persists

idk what is happening, I only have the newspapers theme,my site is down with Internal Server Error and I see this at cpanel

What are the “minimum” or “recommended” specifications for the host so I can move to another one?

I migrate my site to another domain, now I have high cpu usage, my host detected a lot of “cron” task so I deleted jetpack to fix that, but the I/O,memory usage,disk usage,cpu usage,500,508,etc errors persist.

I have other question:
1.- For the weather widget I’m using openweathermap.org like the documentation suggest, free one says:
“Calls per minute (no more than) 60” and
“We recommend making calls to the API no more than one time every 10 minutes for one location.”
so, how do I set that?, can I? or 1 visit at my page means 1 API call?
