Most newspapers have a section for people to sell items and post job listings. This is known as a classified section.

It’s a very important section to most newspapers.

I agree 100%.

It seems this theme does lack many of what I would consider to be standard features to be considered a full newspaper theme.

This is more of a magazine, in my opinion.
