We reached out to Rank Math as I stated in my post. The issue is not with the Rank Math plugin. Thanks anyway for your reply.

It’s NOT listed under General in the Cloud Templates. It’s only in the pull down menu under Categories in the Navigational panel.

The latest update we show is 12.6.6 – Are you saying to remove the entire theme and install a fresh new version? Because if we do this, then this means that our home page and other pages will require a redo.

Hi Anamaria, We removed every single Word Press plugin and put them back in one at a time. What we found was that your

MOBILE WEBSITE PLUGIN is the problem.

Once we

deactivated YOUR MOBILE WEBSITE plugin

, the problem went away and we were able to create a new page. However, because we deactivated YOUR MOBILE WEBSITE plugin, our website looks very bad on cell phones – both apple and android. So we had to REACTIVATE the MOBILE PLUGIN and we are still having the problem where we CANNOT ADD A NEW PAGE! We need help.

Please, do not tell us to go back into the actual Word Press Setting to set the images to their dimensions because we have done this already. Please. help. Greatly appreciated. : )

Yes. We fixed it ourselves. Actually your not right as Rank Math pro was the issue. We had to configure – enable a button in the settings under miscellaneous pages (archives) so that the archive page would not point back to the home page.

Anna – I do not think you understand what the problem is. Archives points back to the home page of the website. I do not use Yoast SEO. I use Rank Math Pro. How is this to be fixed?

We did import the date template and assigned it under the Theme Panel just as you described. We want to be able to give our readers access to archives from past years. Your advice did not work or help.

Yes sometimes this does happen. Please let me know if it works.

First we uninstalled other wirdpress plugins to see if they were conflicting. They were not. So, we had to totally uninstall the demo theme we selected and had to rebuild everything back. Once we did that, the crazy codes went away.

We fixed the problem ourselves
