I already have installed the demo.

I have tried to install the template as you mentioned.
But it is not the one I want to install.
I want to install this template in link below:

Kindly please check it.
I tried to find it in all the templates but couldn’t find it anywhere in tag library.
Our site is getting delay due to this.
I hope you can understand.
