I am using latest version of newspaper theme

And i disabled all plugin but still getting same problem

1) I want equal height of each post
2) I want some space between 2 row
3) I want change font of post title

Now i am using big image, but it is also show cropped.. which look too ugly.. Please tell me the size of image i need to use so in all block the image will look decent. Or any alternative way so the image will not look ugly
