Hi, I am having the same issue, I am also using Ultimate Member and need more information from the users upon registration. I love the way the modal appears and would just like to edit the redirect links and the registration page. Thank you!

Hi, I found it – it was the google analytics code in the Analytics/JS Code section in the theme options area.
