I found the problem. The one plugin that we use (Edit Flow – https://wordpress.org/plugins/edit-flow/) to manage our content calendar is throwing posts off. They have extra statuses for workflow.

Pitch (Default)
Assigned
In Progress
Draft
Pending Review
Published

When a post was classified as anything but ‘draft’ for preview, it wouldn’t work. Figured I would go into detail in-case anybody else has the same issue.

I think this issue is rectified. I’m at least hoping so! Thanks for your suggestions! Did them all as an extra measure!

Okay, this is interesting.

Just to try something new, I went it Theme Settings and exported my theme settings (Pasted into notepad). I then clicked to ‘reset theme’ with hopes that it might solve the issue. I doubted it though, since I’ve clean-installed the theme multiple times.

Well, after resetting theme settings, the error codes were still showing. So, I imported the theme settings back. When the import was completed, the error codes were gone (and are still gone). I don’t want to mark this as resolved yet in-case it resurfaces, but any idea why / how this would possibly fix the issue? Great if it is, but I am trying to figure out how that could possibly fix it.

That’s one of the things I have done. I renamed my plugins directory to plugins.old and xplugins on multiple occasions, but there are still issues showing:
