How can I set the same style header for all post and pages include homepage?

But if you use a mobile responsive version or mobile page, then the change needs to apply like on desktop.

I am using mobile responsible, but changes for accent button in theme panel only takes effect for desktop version. Maybe I need some custom code or something..

Thank you but I probably will try first to set another layout for cathegory. I find that in this case pagination works correct.

Also found what post settings (such as: SHOW AUTHOR NAME | SHOW DATE, SHARING, NEXT-PREVIOUS ARTICLE) not taking any effect when I trying to edit it from Theme Panel. So I have to remove everything manually using TagDiv Composer. And I wonder why?
