Is it a problem with how the theme calls the favicon?

I downloaded and ran that plugin, and that did not fix it. Any other options? I have never had this issue on a website before

So updating this line works for the Tagline (although it’s not in the right font), but does not work for the title. Would love some help with this as I don’t want to launch until I have a resolution

I am currently just using responsive pages. My website is currently not online yet because I am waiting to fix issues like these and fill it out with more content.
