No, i disabled them and still the same.
Seems like this is for Firefox only, and this browser uses a narrow scroll bar.
No change, same effect.
I am using WProcket caching plugin. Do you have any suggestions for this ? It’s a popular one for WP.
Yes, it’s a caching issue, I disabled cache and it worked. Is there an option to make it work with cache plugin ?
Try to leave a comment as a reply to a previous comment and you will see the issue.
I mean one of your links above is broken, could you fix ?
Could you fix the third attachment ?
As for now, i made it work with an ad-block.
Hi there,
I have a shortcode [LiveEmbedCode] that I want to embed on the top of the homepage. Can this be done on the visual editor using a block or something or do I have to EDIT PAGE content? I tried creating an ad box and insert it as a code but this does not work.
Thanks
Check here our response time, it’s almost 6 sec

How to improve this ?
I have the same issue with our website and this theme. The initial load time of the theme is a couple of seconds and that creates a lag when you first hit the URL. The page loads slowly like it needs some time for the server to render it. Any tip or optimization to make it more responsive ? URL: https://www.anixneuseis.gr/
It takes 4-5 sec to start rendering.

Yes, we are using Cloud Templates and I understand the process of copying them to the live. I also understand to export the theme settings. What I don’t get is the steps before all these. Shall I install the theme on Live using the installer or just copy it someway from staging?
Hm, I am a bit confused by the process. Could you list the steps needed in more detail as 1, 2, 3 etc?
For example how to install the complete them on the live website? The same process as I have done on the staging?
What I would like to do is to migrate the theme and keep the content of the live site. I don’t want to migrate the staging website to live as a whole, just the theme. Any direction to this ?
How can we move the entire customized theme from staging to live installation ?
What is the flow ?

I see that the footer is a Cloud Template, so I went to Cloud Templates -> “Footer – Magazine PRO” and edit it. The files has a shortcode structure, so all I need is a shortcode to be able to run a single line PHP script. Please advise,
I tried to edit the footer.php but nothing appears. On Theme panel -> Footer the “Footer – Magazine Pro” is selected and seems that the footer comes from another file. Please advise which file do I have to edit?
So, I need to add it to the footer.php for example ?
