Despite what you may think I am not totally stupid and giving me the same answer declaring that I have not set my images correctly is no longer going to wash.

I have set my images correctly with no CSS class td-model and I have sent you screen shots to prove it.
Plus I have ticked off no lightbox in the theme settings.

I now feel that support knows there is yet another issue with this theme that has lost me sales I have officially had enough and am going to change my theme. A refund would be great but I suspect that all I will get there is the run around.

So thanks for wasting my time and reducing me to tears…

Perhaps if everyone experiencing issues starting asking for refunds you just might wake up

This problem is back

All my images through out the site when clicked on instead of gong to my affiliate link are redirect page I gat a message saying ” the image could not be loaded “.

I have checked and the images are set correctly with
Modal Image turned off

Link is set to custom URL and my referral URL is pasted in as normal
and it is ticked to open in a new page
nothing is in the CSS box as required

Hi I have managed to download the tool box and it has allowed me to upgrade to version 6.4.

But it has not installed the update for the Revolution slider as it suggests should happen in the documentation.

So how do I do it?

Due to it’s enormous size 🙂 we cannot bundle the Revolution Slider V5 easly with the theme in the same .zip file. You can find the Version 5 of the plugin in:
Newspaper-tf\plugins\revolution_slider_5”

But there is nothing there Punchtheme say to contact your support for a updated zip file.
So where can I get that please.

Sorry I am not making myself clear

I want to have a slider with images of my posts from all the categories appear when I hover over my main menu topic

So if my main top menu says BEST DOG FOODS and I hover over it. I get a drop-down menu with images of my posts.

I also want to set up my home page menu to show my favorite articles.

Plus I want it setup so when a reader has read my post I have a group of similar articles at the bottom of the page for them to go to- I want this shown in clickable image boxes.

This way my main reason for buying this theme but I just cannot get it set up the way I want it.
