Hello Catalin,

I will buy it again in the early next month, as I need the money right now. So can you please tell me if the process of exporting the data and import it later works fine in the theme. Plus, can I use it please it and then save all that data for the new purchase (Same Theme). Or, I have to delete it, then start from scratch?

Actually, I may have another problem as I submitted a refund request before my issue was resolved. Is this something can be resolved by reactivating it and what’s the current of the status of it?
