Hell. Again thank you for your time. I resolved the issue just by re-installing the theme and its settings. Thanks again!

Hi Chris, thank you for your suggestions. I have tested/deactivated Jetpack and had no joy. A featured image is set for each post. Unfortunately I do not know what you mean by suggestion “b”. How would I go about checking this?

Frustrating thing is, I already have another website using this theme which works perfectly. I cannot see any difference in the settings when I compare.
