Remove the "All" submenu from Mega Menu - reply

When does “All” appear? Is it only when the Main Menu Item (e.g. “Places” in http://screencast.com/t/ypdIUbipYe) is a parent Category to the Child Menu Items (“Countryside”, “Desert”, etc)?

My categories don’t have a parent category.
In the menu, I created a Custom Link and added the categories underneath it.
As a result, when I hover the menu item (“More” in my screenshot), all the categories appear under the image thumbs, not on the left like in the ArgBursatil’s screenshot.

When would they appear on the left?
