I use itheme security because it can hide the wordpress login page & backend, including “login”, “admin”, “dashboard”, or “wp-login.php” . You can change you login slug. And it is free for 2 factor. Only three free plugins on the market can do this function

I had this issue before, I just clear all the cache through wp super chache, cloudflare and siteground. And issues is fixed.
Hi, I uses wp super cache & cloudflare APO from the very beginning. Before update to WordPress 5.8 & newspaper 11.1 version, Desktop version was normal, nothing weird. I am quite sure it is the update that causes the issue instead of the cache plugin.
After 11.1 update: Desktops posts still look like mobile version. Anyone already fixed the problem?
Hi, what is the estimated fixing time?
Cuz It seems like that it is very complicated to downgrade to previous version.
Now I know post doesn’t have the option to display the modified date if I use mobile plugin.
However, is there any way to show modified date instead of published date on SERP.
I know my 5 direct competitors are doing so who also use newspaper theme.
Mostly related to hosting company. Maybe change to siteground or cloudways.
Caching uses suggested WP Super Cache + cloudflare (APO).
Siteground optimizer user?
Shut off the dynamic cache in the plugin.
Force https by the plugin.
I tried, it should be fine.
Tagdiv said they recommend WP Super Cache

I have already added the AMP analytics code in Theme Panel long time ago.
I figure out one solution without coding, it is using Sit Kit By Google Plugin. Is that tested by TagDiv Newspaper?
Cuz I think the plugin is developed by Google. It should be okay.
I had encounter same problem at first. Most of the time, it is the plugin conflict.
If you use siteground hosting, it has a super cache plugin, just deactivate it. Instead, uses tagdiv suggested cache plugin (WP Super Cache) and follow their cloudflare setting and instructions.
For me, I fixed the same problems you have by doing above settings. You can give it a try.
I have the same problem
On the desktop version, favicon appears normal.
However, the standard WordPress favicon appears on google search snippet. The one I set in FAVICON just gone in google search snippet.
