I tried the !important tag and it did not work. Photon is part of the Jetpack sweet which is made by WordPress and even with deactivation it does not fix the issue. Any ideas?

Thank you for the help. I placed the Custom CSS in and it did not fix the issue? What plugins are untested, can you be more specific?

Hi Catalin,

Thank you for the prompt reply. I have a double header on the mobile site. With one black bar with a blank outline in the middle of a square and one directly under that has the logo. It also has weird edges to it, as if the UX is extending the page for the content with a weird slide from left to right, thus causing our content never be center on the screen.
