It is impossible to open each of categories in Themify Panel – Categories - reply

Dear Chris, I purchased Newspaper 8, which is TagDiv as I am aware. I have built a website drugoivzgliad.com TagDiv sent me an update for the Newspaper 8. I updated the version and now it is impossible to open each of categories in Newspaper – Themify Panel – Categories – Per Category Settings. When I click on the right arrow of a category it does not drop down. The arrow turns down though, but instead of a category editor I just see a thin empty line. Nearly all widgets destroyed or disappeared by this mistake. When I re-make them in Appearence – Widgets they disappear again as soon as I open The Newspaper Themify panel. In this situation I cannot install or manage sidebars! Please, help! npashbee@gmail.com Thank you. Nik.

Nearly all widgets destroyed or disappeared by this mistake. When I re-make them they disappear again as soon as I open Themify panel.

Per category settings are still unavailable!

Please, reply I need technical support urgently!!!
