Thanks Anamaria.

I’ve provided those details.

Unfortunately, the linked post does not seem to be entirely applicable to this problem. An observation of outgoing requests as well as the console indicates that no requests are being blocked, and no errors are being thrown. With this in mind, as well as noting that other settings do not have the same issue (e.g., the image, and ‘open an external window’ checkbox), I would think that this is not due to a firewall or security module, but instead due to the content of the outgoing requests. Perhaps there is some issue with updating the hyperlink specifically. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t – and there’s no obvious factor as to why it works when it does. Clicking on the ‘save all’ versus clicking ‘save content’ separately doesn’t seem to influence the result.

I’ve spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting this issue and sadly I’m no closer to a resolution. Do you have any insight on this issue? Thanks and regards.

The problem seemed to fix itself, not sure why, but it’s working now. Thanks for your help.

Here’s the link: https://app.screencast.com/PWPjUpuDJBYHt

It looks like the code is not being saved – after I hit save, and refresh, the code I’ve pasted in vanishes

Hi there
Thanks for responding. Yes, I would do that, but this element seems to be configured differently to all the others.
There is no way I can see to click on it in the usual way.
This is what I see when I log in:https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/53fy8cfd1aqi0cmct1q5l/There-is-no-way-to-delete-the-element.png?rlkey=6a9eqojc5tdfsbcfsc3v6km26&dl=0

As it turns out, all my pages have this hero template on it – same problem. I’ve linked to what the code looks like, and what the template looks like at the following link:

Thanks, but the Setup Wizard doesn’t launch when I follow the exact same steps in the video. It just doesn’t.

Bettina, thanks for replying, but I’ve already read this documentation and it’s still not clear to me how to go about it. Like, ‘run the Setup Wizard’ … from where? how? It might be obvious to someone who’s developed the theme, but for the end user, it’s not that helpful.
