It is frustrating that didnot get any message still now. I was waiting for long time from last friday. But not get any solution from your end even not only any single message. So I decide to reinstall the them. After installing the theme, I got 404 error where edit the Cloud Templates using tag div composer. page not found. We have got feedback from hosting side. Here it is –

“At this time we have determined it is an issue with modsecurity for that domain(dailygpost.com). if I completely disabled mod security for this domain, the plugin works fine.

Our support team was unable to determine the single underlying issue but in order to continue, it will cost on demand hours to investigate. and there is no guarantee that they will find a better solution, it most likely has to do with the way the plugin interacts with the modsecurity.

Now the question is should I go for disable the feature?

Definition of Modsecurity : modsecurity is a tool that helps protect your website from external attacks. it detects and blocks unwanted intrusions to the site.

so There is a collision in between modesecurity and tagdiv plugin. If modsecurity is going off then there will be security issues which is not good at all.

Give us a solution for this. 8 days allready over.

I have done with active and deactive plugin as well as theme. but issue is same.
The url which I got issue is bellow –

All the cloud templates when I want to edit with tagdiv, error will occure.
