Hi Adrian M,

This thread is most frustrating, and additionally, this particular support person is not at all helpful and places no effort into discovering the problem before replying.

This was some time ago, so I cannot recall all the details exactly; but there is an issue with a small menu item that is present when you install the theme for the first time.

At the very top of the site on the highest menu bar, there is a “Buy now ->” menu item. If you remove this item or change it in any way; it breaks the entire header. See image here: http://crip.net.au/assets/buy.jpg

From memory; after I deleted this menu item; I spent many days trying to resolve it. I ended up deleting and re-importing the header again from the Cloud templates they offer.

It is not possible to remove this “Buy now –>” menu item and not corrupt the whole thing. To get around this I was able to select the element and change its status from Show to Hidden which solved the issue. Please see image here:https://crip.net.au/assets/tag.jpg

The plugin is activated. This was not my question.

Yes, I realise that, but did you read my post?

I am having the same issue as the previous poster. The icons were there and working but they disappeared. They are only visible on the Edit pages but not the public facing pages.

Hi,

I am having the same issue. The menu icons are visible on the edit mode but publically are not visible. I have re-imported the Header Template but the icons are still missing. Can you please assist and provide a solution that I can insert to rectify the issue? Thank you.
