Thnx Chris, I talked to the hosting provider and they addressed the issue. there was a code added to .htaccess from All in one seo plugin. I was enabled the bad bot blocker feature and the code was causing the trouble that’s what I was told.

I deleted the jpg and named it really short but still image doesn’t appear and I get 403 errors still when I click the other links.

would you take a look please?

whats the permissions should be? it shows 755 for wp-content folder… ?
