Hi,

Whenever I am installing a newspaper theme on techchicsoft.com/blog it is showing me a basic theme. Where I don’t have any features like what we have in a premium theme.

Please help me with the theme file and license keys to activate.

Pls. Note: I was using newspaper theme on janprahar.com and now I wanted to shift it from janprahar.com to Techchicsoft.com/blog

Please help me as soon as possible my support access is till 14 June only so before that I need to get this implemented.

Can we share a screen and do it? I need help, please.

We already moved from Newspaper theme for janprahar.com so we will not be able to reset key into janprahar.com dashboard. So please reset it from your end and help us to get it implemented on our site I. e. techchicsoft.com

Also can we use same theme for 2 versions of site like
techchicsoft.com/blog
techchicsoft.com/news

Please help us in this asap.

Hi Vlad,

Thank for your response. But You could have explained in more detail how can I fix it.

I am using Yoast SEO and Yoast News plugins. Are these plugins making trouble?

Kindly help me to fix this issue.

IF you can explain a bit in a more detailed process so that I can get the solution without increasing this conversation for so long.

Also Featured image isn’t coming into Google News App.

Can you check our site for that as well?

Hi, Thanks for your response.

I am using a mobile theme and I have chosen Mobile + AMP option in the newspaper theme.

I can see many crawling issues with this setting. As I mentioned in my first message I am getting errors.

Kindly suggest the solution. Pls, visit the site once via mobile as well as desktop before sharing the solution.

Thanks for your message. The problem was with root permission from my hosting server. I fixed it somehow.
