Blank Templates when importing from Cloud Templates - reply

Hi.

I am getting this error

https://prnt.sc/26dlids – I am getting this.
https://prnt.sc/26dlikt – this is the only plugin that are active when I open the cloud template.
https://prnt.sc/26dlj02 – this is the systems stat.

I don’t get what is wrong.
