I just saw that I had asked this question previously (along with a question about my IG posts not appearing which was resolved) and the response I got was: For the footer, try changing the footer style and save. Then choose style 13 again. Also check if there are any widgets in the footer sections.
I tried changing back and forth between footer styles. Then I looked for widgets in the footer sections and I found the Find Us there. I deleted it and that’s fixed the issue. Thanks!
I just updated my theme to the latest version (8.7.3) and now it’s not showing any Instagram photos even though it still has my account associated to it. Is there something else I need to do?
I also had style 13 footer selected but for some reason now it’s showing Find Us an a default address which it didn’t before (I don’t want that since I’m a blog and not a business) which it didn’t before.
I think the square featured image on my main page was some sort of weird glitch because I see now that they’re all showing up as rectangular now.
I’d still like to know what the thumbnail is called that’s being used and if there’s a way for me to choose what portion of the image is being displayed then because it’s not necessarily picking the best part of the image. I think I’d be able to do that with the Post Thumbnail Editor but need to know what the thumbnail is called to crop it myself.
I’d also like to change the background color for the number of comments counter for my post on my home page (in a block) which I see is yellow but I can’t figure out where that’s stored.
I have since created a static home page so don’t need the preview post text question answered anymore but still need to know how to modify header and footer. Also my sidebar widgets went away (switched to a big grid for my home page) and was trying to recreate my sidebar again. Tried adding a column to right of big grid but didn’t see a tag cloud element I could add like I had on my homepage originally, so how do I do that as well?
I managed to fix it by using the ASCII code for apostrophe
