Thank you for your reply. I attempted to upload the “revolution_slide_5” from the WordPress Admin panel. However it could not be installed. Here are the results:

Installing Plugin from uploaded file: revslider.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. /home/thelit42/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/
Plugin install failed.
