Truth be told, 48hrs is too long enough and now it takes longer?

This are websites we are dealing with where theme malfunction greatly affects user experience and negatively affects search engine optimization.

Please do better. I believe you can.

You guys seem to forget that the only reason we are paying for this theme is because of this support.

There is plenty of this theme scattered on the internet for free and they provide updates.

So, why should we purchase, if we can’t get the “Golden Support” when we need it?

It’s two days, and I haven’t gotten a response yet from here and the mail I sent.

I’m unable to proceed with my website plan because of this issue.

Well, i pretty much believe i have a very good server.

I use namecheap Stellar plus Package https://prnt.sc/u3i3r9 which I have used to host website for numerous clients.
