Ohh, i guess i got it, i shouldn’t switch to the main theme back, right? I just always use the child theme and make all the changes in it?

Sorry, it’s still not clear for me…what should i do if i need to add some code like counters, additional social buttons, text-indent tag and other stuff to files like footer, loop-single, css of my main theme and i don’t want to add them again after every update of the theme?
I thought if i add all this code to my child theme files all the changes start to work for main theme too and they don’t disappear after updates.
What will be if i add the changes to child theme and main theme after the main theme will be updated?

Could you tell me what might be a problem, i added file footer.php to Child theme and added a counter code there. When i load my site using this Child theme – i see this counter code, but when i switch to parent theme – there is no code on my site..

In my case the reason is All in Seo Pack plugin and i don’t know how to fix it..

Btw, this problem with all the headlines
In css file you add this stuff which makes my headlines enormous (lines 2119-2125):
.td-post-text-content h1,
.td-post-text-content h2,
.td-post-text-content h3,
.td-post-text-content h4,
.td-post-text-content h5,
.td-post-text-content h6

But you also have normal headlines like in previous version in lines 1834-1839, that’s what i need.
Why did you add lines 2119-2125? Can i just delete it or i need to change hieght of them in Custom css?

As i found out i need to remove a code/function which shows a thumbnails in the post. I need thumbnails to be shown everywhere but posts.

It might be this function the_post_thumbnail, but i can’t find it in the files

I’ve made a simple post, first there is a little text, then i’ve got a list like this:
1. some text
PHOTO1 HERE
2. some text
PHOTO2 HERE
3. some text
PHOTO3 HERE
…
I need one of these photos (PHOTO1, or 2 or3) to be a thumbnail. If i add one photo to the post using Featured image, i get the post with thumbnail, but i get the post with this picture only on the top of the post, not in the place i need

It’s on local server, all of a sudden i got a white screen, after i disactivated tagDiv speed booster, i only partly got my home page back, but without any posts and with this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare td_comment() (previously declared in Z:\home\localhost\www\themost\wp-content\themes\Newspaper\comments.php:84) in Z:\home\localhost\www\themost\wp-content\themes\Newspaper\comments.php on line 141

Did i get you right, that the first picture (or picture for thumbnail) of my post i always make with this Featured image function and i will have the post with thumbnail on different pages? But other pictures i make as usual with Add mediafile function?

i’ve got much more questions, should i ask here or make different topics for each other?
