Please disable all plugins all by one and check to see if the issue is still there, also make sure you have the latest theme version (4.0.2).

We have the latest version, and we have also disabled all plugins but the problem remains …
In my case the reason is All in Seo Pack plugin and i don’t know how to fix it..
