The [Next] and Page Number buttons do not work on Homepage…any thoughts please??

Hi,
Please disable all plugins all by one and check to see if the issue is still there, also make sure you have the latest theme version (3.9.2).

I have disabled all plugins one by one
I have upgraded to 3.9.2
Problem remain unchanged
Any ideas??
