Ok, that worked for fixing the Instagram counter, thank you!

The one remaining broken counter is Facebook. It looks like the issue is on Facebook’s side and is an ongoing problem: https://developers.facebook.com/status/issues/205942813488872

Do we simply have to wait for this to be resolved before fixing this counter?

Ok, so I went to the “updates” section on my WordPress Admin, and it says “Your themes are all up to date.”

However, I apparently on Newspaper version 8.7.2.

How do I update the theme?

Still no joy for me on either Facebook or Instagram. I created a new “app” for Facebook, created a new app key, security key and access token, but the counter stills display as 0. Twitter works fine.

Bogdan, can you clarify what you mean by “For Instagram, update to the latest theme version”?

I am also having the same issue here — my facebook and instagram counters both show as 0. Can you investigate?
