I got a better look at it and I already know..

I don’t think this is due to the size of the photos.

In my opinion, the dimming effect is set from the bottom edge of the photo (darker) to the top edge (lighter). And it doesn’t create a nice effect on photos with a white background.

Addition:In the visual editor is a video in my specified dimensions. After publishing, it is spread out over the entire post. I dont understand why ..

But I need to set the exact dimensions (width / height) of the video. I need my own dimensions and align this one video from youtube to center of the post (post is without sidebar).

I upload a video through the TinyMCE Advanced plugin http://prntscr.com/l21705. Does your theme have its own function? I want to insert one video, not a playlist ..
